After studying Fine Arts and majoring in photography: amazing destinations, food and lifestyle stories and beautiful still-life images became a consuming passion for photographer Amanda Mclauchlan. Working in London for several years Amanda's knowledge of life-style photography developed and an appreciation for the unique Australian qualities of light and colour soon found her back in Australia.

Living and working from her beachside home in Sydney and a studio in the inner-city, Amanda's work is regularly seen in magazines such as Vogue Entertaining and Travel, Gourmet Traveller, Madison and Qantas.

Her established commercial advertising clients include Tourism NSW & Victoria, Sofitel hotels, Louis Vuitton & Moet Hennesey. Her images are crafted using natural light and evoke the virtues of her soul; quiet and serene, modern and simple. Passion is reality for Amanda.
